Catherine Hinckley

Meet Kate, our Chief Clinical Officer!

Catherine “Kate” Hinckley has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in residential, public school, home and clinic-based services. She is passionate about improving lives through quality, effective, scientifically based intervention.

Kate received her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. She completed her fieldwork at the New England Center for Children in Southborough, MA.

Paul DeAngelo Jr.

CEO

Paul is an entrepreneur with expertise in building company culture, quality service, and successful structured business models for early-stage companies in multiple industries. He has significant experience in the healthcare space with a focus on communities in need, and participates in many community initiatives.

Paul has a bachelors in political science from Wilkes University. He enjoys playing golf and coaching youth basketball in the summers for local organizations.

Dr. Erin Way

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Erin Way has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in residential, school, home, and clinic-based settings. She is passionate about providing ethical, effective, and evidence-based treatment to increase independence, safety, and quality of life for the individuals she serves. Erin received her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University, and doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.

Miranda Bonetsky

Miranda Bonetsky

Chief Human Resource Officer

Miranda Bonetsky has over 8 years of experience serving as a human resources leader and business partner in both the private and public sectors. She brings expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition and development, performance management and HR data and analytics.

Miranda holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University. In her free time, Miranda enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family.

Stuart Eskin

Stuart Eskin

Vice President, Finance

Stuart has 30 years of accounting, finance and business experience in healthcare throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, most recently with Lehigh Valley Health Network. Stuart has been a resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania for his entire life, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. In the past he has been very active in the Boys Scouts of America and Youth Swimming Programs.

Alicia Burger

Vice President, Community Services

Over the course of 25 years in the field, Alicia has provided both clinical consultation as well as organizational leadership over programs providing support to individuals with autism, families, and fellow services providers. She has experience with support structures and programming in homes, schools, licensed day settings, residential, and community settings provided to individuals across the age span. Alicia is passionate about meeting the needs of the autism community through appropriate and effective arrangement of services as well as open collaboration with all stakeholders. Alicia earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children and husband.

Michelle Brown

Director of Client Acquisition

Michelle has over eight years experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental and behavioral disabilities. She has experience working one-on-one with children and their families as well as coordinating with educational teams in public school.

Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in history from Millersville University. She also earned her secondary teaching certification and autism endorsement from Wilkes University. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Nora Healy

Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance

Nora has over 20 years of clinical ABA experience serving the autism community from Early Intervention to Adult Services. Her clinical focus has been the development of adaptive skills to give all those we serve independence and dignity. Nora has published several peer reviewed journal articles with a focus on precise measurement and the impact on staff's detection accuracy. Nora earned her bachelor's in psychology with a concentration in ABA from Northeastern University and her MA in ABA from Penn State University. She also has a post-graduation certificate from West Virginia University focusing on instructional coaching, organizational change, and implementation science. Nora holds two Lean Six Sigma belts and looks forward to pursuing further belts in order to improve client outcomes by focusing on the process level and organizational structures. In her free time, Nora enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Christine Schultz

Christine Shultz

Director of Training & Fieldwork Experience

Christine Schultz is one of the first BCBA's to join MAC. She helped to open the Pittston clinic. Christine is now the Regional Clinical Director of the central PA clinics including Shamokin Dam, Mechanicsburg, and Harrisburg. She has been a BCBA for over 5 years and worked in the field with individuals with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning, or developmental disorders including autism spectrum disorder for over 10 years. Christine has worked with clients and their families in home, schools, group homes, clinics, and crisis stabilization settings. She has experience working with individuals with significant trauma, abuse, and neglect, many who are not able to be safely maintained in their home setting. She is a strong advocate for increasing staff training and support. Christine has worked closely with families to support successfully transitioning kids back into their home settings. She believes in creating meaningful connections and developing effective rapport with clients, their families, and staff to create a strong support team. In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time outside hiking and volunteering. 

Caitlin Neiswender

Regional Clinical Director

Caitlin has over 16 years of clinical ABA experience serving the autism community. Her clinical focus and special interests and projects have been on toilet training, instructional coaching, developing ABA trainings and making ABA relevant for OT’s, SLP’s, and teachers, and most recently developing an ABA Services program for a local service provider. Caitlin earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Bloomsburg University in 2007 and her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in developmental disabilities and systems analysis from Western Michigan University in 2009. She further obtained her BCBA in 2009 and LBS in 2013. Caitlin has been the Clinical Director in MAC’s Mechanicsburg clinic since August of 2022 and is excited to support and have a positive impact on a regional level. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, most often seen at one of many sporting events.

Marcey Snyder

Regional Clinical Director

Marcey has been a BCBA for 10 years and has worked across a variety of mental health, behavioral health, and academic settings. She has enjoyed working with people of all age groups with special needs. Marcey has a passion for sharing the love of ABA with our staff and providing them support and encouragement on their professional journey. She believes collaboration with all of the players in our clients’ lives can create a wonderful team to ensure a strong continuum of care and the best possible outcome for positive and meaningful life experiences. Marcey has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in special education, both from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She completed her ABA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology.

Kylee Formento

Regional Clinical Director

Kylee has over 12 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in school and residential settings. She is passionate about teaching adaptive skills and communication, parent training, and dissemination of behavior analysis through mentorship and collaboration with other service providers. Kylee earned her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University and has been a BCBA since 2014. In her free time, Kylee enjoys cycling, reading, and spending time with her family.

Site Launch Clinical Manager, BCBA, LBS

Ashley has over 5 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. During this time, Ashley has provided direct services, consultation services, and supervisory services in both school-based and clinic-based settings. Ashley earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). In her free time, Ashley enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and reading.
