Meet Kate, our Chief Clinical Officer!

Catherine “Kate” Hinckley has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in residential, public school, home and clinic-based services. She is passionate about improving lives through quality, effective, scientifically based intervention.

Kate received her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. She completed her fieldwork at the New England Center for Children in Southborough, MA.

Paul DeAngelo Jr.

CEO

Paul is an entrepreneur with expertise in building company culture, quality service, and successful structured business models for early-stage companies in multiple industries. He has significant experience in the healthcare space with a focus on communities in need, and participates in many community initiatives.

Paul has a bachelors in political science from Wilkes University. He enjoys playing golf and coaching youth basketball in the summers for local organizations.

Harry Hinkle

Director of Community Outreach

Harry leads our team’s effort to build deep connections and relationships in the communities we serve. Prior to MAC, he held various marketing and sales roles in the healthcare industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis in marketing and management, from Penn State University.

Harry is passionate about engaging local communities and building long term relationships. He has coached Little League baseball and travel basketball for several years.

Danny Berz

Chief Strategy Officer

Danny is responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. Before joining MAC, Danny was the director of strategic projects for DBi Services, focused on growth strategy, acquisitions, and special projects. Before joining DBi, he was an investment banker and management consultant.

Danny has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s in finance, with honors, from the University of Illinois, where he was an Evans Scholar. He co-founded and is a member of the WGA Evans Scholars Foundation Leadership Council.

Ryan Baran

Administrative Director

Ryan has over 15 years of experience working with children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities. During that time, Ryan has worked one-on-one with children, worked as a clinical supervisor and served as a director. Ryan earned a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Miranda Bonetsky

Head of Talent

Miranda Bonetsky has over 8 years of experience serving as a human resources leader and business partner in both the private and public sectors. She brings expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition and development, performance management and HR data and analytics.

Miranda holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University. In her free time, Miranda enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family.

Michelle Brown

Clinic Coordinator

Michelle has over eight years experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental and behavioral disabilities. She has experience working one-on-one with children and their families as well as coordinating with educational teams in public school.

Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in history from Millersville University. She also earned her secondary teaching certification and autism endorsement from Wilkes University. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Stuart Eskin

Finance Manager

Stuart has 30 years of accounting, finance and business experience in healthcare throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, most recently with Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Stuart has been a resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania for his entire life, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. In the past he has been very active in the Boys Scouts of America and Youth Swimming Programs.

David Hall

VP Operations

As an experienced healthcare executive, Dave will oversee the development of MAC programs through innovation, operational excellence and strategic collaborations. Prior to joining MAC, Dave was a Healthcare executive with operational responsibilities across four hospitals and 32 regional clinics. He was the co-chair for the Regional Telehealth Education Consortium of the Southern Tier of New York and is currently a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive with the MGMA.

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in biology & allied health science from Bloomsburg University and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from Eastern University.
